The bike is good project began life in 2011 as a transcontinental bicycle adventure. As we pedalled from Seattle to Boston it grew into something even bigger. Life from the bike became life as we knew it, a way of engaging with the world that was much richer and honest than we had previously known. On our return to Australia we have tried to continue in the b.i.g. spirit, still happiest pedalling!

bike is good Mum leading by example

If you have ever wondered where I have got  the 'bicycle bug' from... The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. We say 'ride on, Mum!' We are proud of you for spreading the bike is good vibes amongst the Pro Senectute community and for making it onto the cover page of the magazine. All you happy & healthy seniors, get on your bicycles! We will cheer for you when you will be on your bicycle adventure from 20-27 August in Switzerland. Keep those wheels turning!

    Excellent blog girls. We have been in Adelaide for 5 days having a short break from this cold, wet weather. So nice to walk in the sun. Tash, Dale and Tiny spoilt by lovely Cath - who is Kaylene's Mum - who had her FIRST house sit at our place. Found the dogs inside, snug and warm. All well here.
