The bike is good project began life in 2011 as a transcontinental bicycle adventure. As we pedalled from Seattle to Boston it grew into something even bigger. Life from the bike became life as we knew it, a way of engaging with the world that was much richer and honest than we had previously known. On our return to Australia we have tried to continue in the b.i.g. spirit, still happiest pedalling!

Sleeping well in Seattle

Good Morning Followers!  Louise, Kerstin, Audrey and Mrs Robinson have all arrived safe and well in Seattle.  We nervously await the big kick off tomorrow, but we are keeping ourselves busy...  we spent a lot of time choosing and purchasing our home (tent), Kerstin is very excited as she has never invested in real estate before!  Today we teach our brother and sister, Alice and Rohan, the finer points of navigating a city you don't know, which will be heaps of fun :)  Speak soon, crank out.

  1. Hi Guys, I am with you and probably more excited than you (or am I just nervous?). Am I now a follower? Or do I have to sign in?

We are somehow in the country, surfing around Oahu.
Mathilda is bodysurfing in her pink SPEEDO bathing costume! Kind of a tribute ;)

  5. Oh, dear...we're having trouble with posting these messages. Just sent to you as an email instead of posting our comment. Not that it was exciting or anything.

Go, girls! Thinking of you! Be safe, be strong.

    Love, Jackie, Liz and Scout
