The bike is good project began life in 2011 as a transcontinental bicycle adventure. As we pedalled from Seattle to Boston it grew into something even bigger. Life from the bike became life as we knew it, a way of engaging with the world that was much richer and honest than we had previously known. On our return to Australia we have tried to continue in the b.i.g. spirit, still happiest pedalling!

Day 59 Wall to Cedar Pass Badlands NP 66km

All day I have been wondering how on earth to describe the Badlands. I have decided that I just don't have the skill to bring to life for you any real sense of just how amazing this place is. Let me just say that the 35 miles ridden today were the best 35 miles out of the last 2453 miles we have ridden! Now I'll let the photos do the talking, and however impressed you feel, just multiple it by a hundred.
